A simple guide to enhance your yoga experience

Let us know if this is your first time in yoga, hey, it’s a big deal!!!  Introduce yourself to us before class begins, and we promise we won’t make a big deal out of it.   Starting yoga can be a daunting prospect. So many different styles, so many teachers – which one should I try, how often should I practice?

A few reminders if you are just getting into yoga:

Do not eat 2-3 hours before your class and try to hydrate yourself by drinking plenty of water before class. Arrive 10 minutes before the class starts – to register and settle down.

  • Ask questions before and after class to better understand the practice. Yoga can teach us much, but we all have different questions, so ask yours. We’re here to help you.
  • Let them know about any health concerns
  • Practice regularly to get the best results.
  • Try a few different styles of yoga we offer. Find the practice which you feel best suits your personality and personal objectives.
Wear something you will be comfortable stretching and sweating in for hot yoga. Be sure to bring a change of clothes.
We offer yoga mat & towel rental for a nominal fee.
We sell bottles of water at the studio and provide filtered water for your convenience.
Do not eat anything heavy for 2-3 hours prior to taking class.
Classes start promptly so be sure to arrive on time for class.
