4 Steps for Nutty Fresh raw Almond Milk

Give this homemade fresh creamy raw almond milk to the one you love.  It’s packed with vital nutrients which the bodies love.

Almond milk itself has naturally nutty flavor. I start my breakfast with a glass of this creamy raw almond milk, instead of cow’s milk which has sky high hormones.

Did you know that 70% of commercial cow’s milk is milked while the cows are pregnant? Can you imagine the estrogen level in those cow’s milk? I certainly do not want to give that to my growing little boy.

Use this for your baking and hot cocoa. It lasts about 4-5 days, however it never lasts in my refrigerator longer than that because we finish up fast!!!

Why not get a box of almond milk in a health food store for $2-4? Homemade fresh almond milk maintains enzymes and vital nutrients; Manufactured almond milk in box has usually added oil and synthetic vitamins which your body doesn’t recognize.

These added synthetic turn into toxins to your bodies.Almonds are well known as “king of nuts”. It’s an excellent source of Vitamin E and magnesium. It also contains high protein content and unsaturated fat which is very satiating, creating a feeling of fullness.

When you buy almonds in stores or online, they’re all pasteurized even it’s stated it’s “raw”.

Many of them are pasteurized with PPO gas, a known carcinogen which directly causes cancer. Others are pasteurized with steam. Buy almond that are directly from farms where they grown. They’re truly raw. I ordered my raw almonds through this farm www.organicalmondsraw.com/

I use a nut milk bag instead of cheesecloth or a strainer. I’ve found it’s easier to use.

I ordered my nut bag on Amazon.

  • 1 cup – raw almond
  • 4 cup – water
  • 1 tsp – maple syrup
  • pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • few drops of vanilla extract

  1. Soak the raw almonds 4-8 hours with water to release the enzyme in the inhibitor, soaking makes it a pre-digestive food to release all the information from the Earth. Pour out the water.
  2. Put the soaked almonds and 4 cups of water into a blender and start to blend, blend blend!! If you have a small blender you can start with 2 cups at a time and add 2 cups later. Blend for 30 sec to 1 min, depending on your blender.
  3. Drain the almond milk with a nutty nut bag
  4. Add all the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Viola!! Enjoy your very fresh, creamy almond milk that blended with lots of love!
