Studio Policy

Purchasing a plan at YogaUP means you are agreeing to the below Terms and Conditions.

Monthly Unlimited Termination – 3, 6 and 12 months

You may cancel this contract with 30 days written notice by certified or registered mail or by emailing studio management for any of the following reasons:

a) If upon a doctor’s order, you cannot physically receive the services because of a significant physical disability for a period in excess of six months.

b) If you move your residence more than 25 miles from any studio operated by seller. You must provide satisfactory proof of new residence.

d) If the account holder passed away, the estate shall be relieved of any further obligation for payment under the contract not then due and owing. 

All termination requests will begin 30 days from the written notice and can not be made within the first month of membership.   

Any and all scheduled charges during those 30 days will process.  We reserve the right to not pro-rate purchases.  

Ex:   You contract renews on the 14th of each month.  April 1st a written notice to cancel is received.  April 14th’s charge for your membership will process.  

Your last day to attend is May 13th.  

Plan Suspension or Freeze

Members may temporarily suspend their membership in accordance with the following terms:

a) You may request for your plan to be suspended with a minimum of one (1) month and maximum of six (6) months, You will be charged for a Suspension fee amounting of $150 per month suspension.

b) Your Suspension request must be done in person or via email at least 10 days before the intended freeze start date.

c) If you are medically unable to use the Studio, you can request a medical Suspension for up to six months (nine months for pregnancy freeze). You must provide a doctor’s letter at the time you request a medical suspension.

d) All Suspension requests must be made in advance. No retroactive suspensions are permitted.

Private Package

Private Package whether 1 class card or 10 class card are all valid for 1 year from the date of Activation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all class bookings, you may cancel 12hrs in advance for MORNING classes and 3hrs in advance for AFTERNOON classes. Every occurrence shall be tagged as Late cancel/No show accordingly, and for every occurrence will have a penalty of $100 admin fee, within the day or the day after a student an email with an invoice for the fee, and must be settled at least 5 days from the date of occurrence, within 2 weeks and a payment is not yet settled this shall lead to account being TEMPORARILY Suspended for Online bookings.

Workshops and Teacher Trainings

All payments and deposits are final sale and non-refundable. Payments can be credited towards future workshops and teacher training’s if cancelled ONE week before training commences.

Refund Policy

Any packages, memberships including private package, retreats, workshops, special classes/events and outdoor classes paid are non-refundable

Workshops and EventsAll YogaUP Events and Workshops including the Teacher Trainings are non refundable, under all circumstance if however the client cannot attend, he/she may share/transfer the credit to another person, otherwise the credit be kept on the account for the same event use.
