Our yoga teacher training certification uses our Yoga Alliance approved curriculum

You will learn to teach confidently in front of a room full of people, and also in front of a single camera.

This is not a ‘work by yourself’ training. Instead this is a highly interactive training with live classrooms as well as self-paced components

You don’t need to have an advanced yoga practice to register for this program. You can start right where you are.

There are no pre-requisites for this training.

The only time that we work as a group are the LIVE SESSIONS. Please refer to the following breakdown.

  • 48 hours LIVE SESSIONS of group meeting (8 weeks, 2 days per week and 3 hours per day). It is strongly recommended that you attend these sessions; however, if you cannot attend any of the sessions, a recording will be available for you to watch at a later time.
  • 112 hours of pre-recorded material which can be accessed immediately after registering at your own pace. The access period is six months.
  • 30 hours of asana practice at YogaUP can begin at any time after registration. Completion time is six months. The following 10 hours of teaching/training Practicum are to be completed AFTER the LIVE SESSIONS.
