You’ll immerse into, and learn to teach, Vinyasa yoga and Hatha yoga

Our yoga teacher training certification uses our Yoga Alliance approved curriculum

You will learn to teach confidently in front of a room full of people, and also in front of a single camera.

This is not a ‘work by yourself’ training. Instead this is a highly interactive training with live classrooms as well as self-paced components

You don’t need to have an advanced yoga practice to register for this program. You can start right where you are.

Registration Procedure

This comprehensive program offers ten weekends of in-person training at our serene studio, complemented by 30 hours of independent practice at YogaUP. Additionally, you’ll have access to 80 hours of pre-recorded videos for flexible, self-paced learning. To refine your teaching skills, you’ll engage in 5 hours of assist teaching and 5 hours of teaching practicum. This training not only equips you with the knowledge and skills to become a certified yoga instructor but also fosters personal growth, self-awareness, and a deep connection to yoga’s wisdom.

Is this a full 200HR Teacher Training?

  • Certainly it is, upon completion of the training you will be a certified yoga teacher.
  • You can begin to teach at any time, in any environment. You can proceed to have an interview for teaching jobs, share yoga with your friends or at school, or at work, immediately upon completion.

Your 200HR consists of:

Study hours, including reading manual & textbooks

Teaching videos in our learning platform

Live yoga practice sessions

Practice teaching with your fellow students online or a friend / family member in person

Upon completion of the basic course requirements, your 200 hours of study, and demonstrated your teaching skills with a class, you will be a certified yoga teacher! If you’d like, you can register with the Yoga Alliance.

The curriculum includes Hatha, Vinyasa, foundational alignment, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy.  You’ll be able to build your own sequence based on Hatha and Vinyasa style.
