YogaUP classes resume at the studio this Friday 

 

We are delighted to announce that YogaUP is reopening on Friday, May 8th, 2020 as Government lifted the closure of specific business like ours.

You can view and book your classes on the website or through Mindbody/YogaUP mobile app. We are also maintaining some of the virtual classes as we understand some of you are still practicing social distancing.

As we open our doors to welcome you back to practice with us in the studio, precautionary measures to protect our staff and students are important.

Below are the precautions we are taking and what you need to know and do:

  • All Members/guest must sign the Mandatory Travel and Health Declaration Form, before attending yoga classes.
  • Only until the 21st of May All classes are limited to 7 students on both rooms, following what the governments advise of 1.5meters distance.
  • We will however, Open our small room in any case that the main yoga classroom received more than 7 students signed up, then the rest will then be moved to that room or our Broadcast room with a LIVE cast of the class so, students can follow along through a TV screen.
  • With this procedure, students inside the broadcast room will still be able to enjoy the benefits of group classes with the propers space and props required.The division of the students will be in ‘First come, First serve’ basis, to determine the first 7 going to the big room and the rest to the Broadcast room.
  • Emphasis on washing of hands regularly and use of hand-sanitisers found at our counter upon entrance.
  • Our teachers have been advised to refrain from physical postural adjustment, but instead, be more involved in verbal correction and demonstration.
  • Our Staff/Teachers have been instructed to stay home and self-isolate if they show any signs of illness, we ask that you do the same. 
  • If you traveled outside of Hong Kong very recently to postpone/refrain attending classes at the studio for 14 days.
  • If you have been in contact with someone with Covid-19 please postpone your sessions for two weeks or until cleared by your medical team.
  • Unlimited package account holders shall be limited to 5 classes per week through online booking, if you have exceeded and wish to book, kindly give us a call at 8197 5591
  • Because of the space’s limit due to this measurement, we will apply a stricter compliance for Late Cancellation/No Show which shall be applied directly to your account with a charge of $100 admin fee.
  • We are following chp.gov.hk very closely and are aware of their latest updates and guidelines.
