In this pilot Chat on a Mat dialogue session participants will receive a Dialogue Puzzle and learn how to engage people to talk about important topics, in a way, time, and space to achieve the best possible outcome. Peter will share examples and participants will get to know each other, share their experience, ask questions, and become resources for each other.
If this pilot class proves popular, further classes will be scheduled to go deeper into the skills and methods needed to resolve conflicts, negotiate optimal outcomes, and realize opportunities at work, at home, and at large in society.
